1. Sale of Products and Services

These Terms of Service govern the sale of products and travel services, payment processing, and refund policies through Adventour Nexus LLC's official website.

Customers may purchase travel packages, additional services, and related products through our website.

Prices are displayed in Mongolian Tugrik (MNT) and United States Dollar (USD). Prices may change due to currency fluctuations or supplier adjustments.

Once an order is confirmed, customers will receive a confirmation via email or phone.

2. Payment Terms

  • Payments can be made via bank cards, online payment systems, or direct bank transfers.
  • All payment information is processed securely through trusted third-party providers. Adventour Nexus LLC does not store full card details.
  • A deposit is required to confirm bookings. Full payment must be completed before the start of the tour.

3. Refunds and Returns

Refunds for tour cancellations are subject to the following conditions:

  • Cancellation 30+ days before departure: Full refund minus administrative fees.
  • Cancellation 15-29 days before departure: 50% refund.
  • Cancellation less than 14 days before departure: No refund.
  • Refunds may take up to 14 business days to process.
  • In case of defective products or service issues, customers are entitled to request an exchange or refund.

4. Liability

  • Adventour Nexus LLC is not responsible for delays, cancellations, or changes caused by weather, political events, or third-party providers.
  • Travel itineraries may be subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances.
  • Customers are responsible for any loss or damage caused by their own actions.

5. Customer Rights and Responsibilities

  • Customers are responsible for obtaining valid passports, visas, and permits.
  • Customers must fulfill payment obligations in accordance with these Terms.
  • Requests for refunds or exchanges must be submitted in writing.
